SELF-HELP PROGRAMS
Pricing
Our Self-Help Programs start at the low price of $400.00. When you reserve a program, you only pay a one time fee for the entire case. Pricing is based on specific criteria and complexity of the case. We offer two types of programs: Document Assistance and Document Preparation.
What you receive with our programs
1. You receive full usage of our facility to help navigate your case. This includes:
- Ability to come to the office to work on your case anytime.
- Usage of our computers, scanning, internet, printing, and copying.
- Computer flash drive to store all documents and keep them in the office for safe storage.
2. Guided help with setting up internet portal for e-filing.
3. Legal advice regarding your case.
4. One (1) twenty (20) minute phone call per week.
5. Attorney review of any related case document by request.
6. Notary for any related case document being filed with the court.
Additional benefits
At any point should your case become to complex for your comfortability, you can retain the Attorney assigned to you in the program. If eligible, a portion of your fee can be credited toward the Attorneys fees for representation. You will have someone already familiar with your case. This helps those who want to do the work but then may want representation for the trial or final hearing.
