FAMILY LAW SELF HELP PROGRAMS
Pricing
Our Family Law Self Help Programs start with a low $500.00 fee to begin the program and $200 per month fee. All programs are contracted for 6 months with the option to renew if needed. These programs are for those ready to put in the work with competent legal guidance.
What you receive with our programs
1. Assistance with your documentation. This includes:
- Ability to come to the office to work on your case by appointment with our staff.
- Usage of our computers, scanning, internet, printing, and copying.
2. Guided help with setting up internet portal for e-filing.
3. Legal advice regarding your case.
4. One (1) twenty (20) minute phone call per week with attorney. This must be scheduled in advance.
5. Attorney review of any related case document by request.
6. Notary for any related case document being filed with the court.
Additional benefits
At any point should your case become to complex for your comfortability, you can retain the Attorney assigned to you in the program. If eligible, a portion of your fee can be credited toward the Attorneys fees for representation. You will have an attorney already familiar with your case.
